Slow Cooker Sweet Chili Pork Loin

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lb pork loin
  • 1 cup bottled sweet chili sauce
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place diced onions and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the pork loin on top.
  3. Pour sweet chili sauce evenly over the pork.
  4. Add soy sauce and brown sugar if using.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
  6. Once done, slice or shred the pork and coat it in the sauce.
  7. Serve warm with extra sauce on top.
