Slow Cooker Sweet Chili Pork Loin

Ingredients
- 2–3 lb pork loin
- 1 cup bottled sweet chili sauce
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Place diced onions and garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the pork loin on top.
- Pour sweet chili sauce evenly over the pork.
- Add soy sauce and brown sugar if using.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Once done, slice or shred the pork and coat it in the sauce.
- Serve warm with extra sauce on top.
