Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage and Corn
This slow cooker smoked sausage and corn recipe is a simple and comforting
meal that requires very little prep. Smoky sausage cooks slowly with sweet
corn and a few pantry ingredients to create a hearty family dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Preparation Time
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Cook Time: 4–6 hours (slow cooker)
- Total Time: about 6 hours

Instructions
1. Prepare the Slow Cooker
Place sliced smoked sausage into the slow cooker.
2. Add Vegetables
Add sweet corn and diced potatoes on top of the sausage.
3. Add Seasoning
Pour in the chicken broth and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Cook
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
5. Serve
Stir gently before serving and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
