Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs total)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Sesame seeds
- Green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Place the pork tenderloins into the slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce evenly over the pork.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2½–3 hours, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Carefully transfer the pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.
- If you’d like a thicker sauce, pour the cooking liquid into a saucepan and simmer for 5–8 minutes, or thicken it with a cornstarch slurry.
- Slice the pork and drizzle with the warm honey garlic sauce.
- Garnish with parsley, sesame seeds, or green onions if desired.
