This Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Pork Tenderloin is unbelievably tender, juicy, and coated in a rich sweet-and-savory garlic glaze. With just four simple ingredients, it’s an effortless family dinner that’s perfect for busy weeknights or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins (about 2 lbs total)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Optional Garnishes

  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Sesame seeds
  • Green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Place the pork tenderloins into the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce evenly over the pork.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2½–3 hours, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Carefully transfer the pork to a cutting board and let it rest for 5–10 minutes.
  6. If you’d like a thicker sauce, pour the cooking liquid into a saucepan and simmer for 5–8 minutes, or thicken it with a cornstarch slurry.
  7. Slice the pork and drizzle with the warm honey garlic sauce.
  8. Garnish with parsley, sesame seeds, or green onions if desired.
