Ingredients
- 3–4 lb beef roast
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
