Ingredients

  • 3–4 lb beef roast
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
