Slow Cooker Creamy Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) bulk sausage
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup pasta or rice (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add raw sausage to the slow cooker.
  2. Pour evaporated milk over the sausage.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup and chopped onion.
  4. Mix slightly to combine flavors.
  5. Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  6. Serve over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
Tip: Add shredded cheese in the last 15 minutes for extra creaminess!
