Slow Cooker Creamy Mushroom Hamburger Patties
Tender hamburger patties slow-cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce. This easy crockpot recipe is affordable, filling, and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs ground beef (formed into 4–6 patties)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup beef broth or water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season hamburger patties lightly with salt and pepper.
- Place patties in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and broth.
- Pour mixture over the patties.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or egg noodles.
