Slow Cooker Creamy Chicken & Shells

Ingredients

  • 2–3 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pasta shells (uncooked)
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add uncooked pasta shells around or over the chicken.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, cream (or milk), and ranch seasoning.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the chicken and pasta.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
  6. Stir gently halfway through if possible.
  7. Once done, shred or leave chicken whole and mix everything together.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy the creamy goodness!

Serving Suggestions

  • Add shredded cheese on top before serving
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley for color
  • Serve with garlic bread or a side salad

Tips

If pasta absorbs too much liquid, add a splash of broth before serving. For extra flavor, add mushrooms or spinach.
