Slow Cooker Beef & Pasta
A hearty and comforting dish perfect for busy days. Just pour everything in and let it cook!
Ingredients
- 700–900g beef chuck (cut into cubes)
- 2 cups pasta (rigatoni or penne)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Add the raw beef to the slow cooker.
- Add uncooked pasta.
- In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, broth, garlic, tomato paste, and seasoning.
- Pour the mixture over the beef and pasta.
- Cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Stir well before serving and enjoy!
Tip: Add cheese or cream in the last 10 minutes for extra richness!
