Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef stew meat (cut into chunks)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 1 packet brown gravy mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Place beef chunks in the slow cooker.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and onions on top.
  3. In a bowl, mix gravy mix, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the beef and vegetables.
