Slow Cooker Barbecued Beef Ribs
Absolutely irresistible, fall-off-the-bone beef ribs slow-cooked to perfection in rich barbecue sauce.
Ingredients
- 2–3 lbs beef ribs
- 1½ cups barbecue sauce
- 1 large onion, sliced
Instructions
- Slice the onion and place it at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Arrange the beef ribs on top of the onions.
- Pour barbecue sauce evenly over the ribs.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
- Optional: Broil ribs in the oven for 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
- Serve hot and enjoy tender, juicy ribs.
