Slow Cooker Barbecued Beef Ribs

Absolutely irresistible, fall-off-the-bone beef ribs slow-cooked to perfection in rich barbecue sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 lbs beef ribs
  • 1½ cups barbecue sauce
  • 1 large onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Slice the onion and place it at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Arrange the beef ribs on top of the onions.
  3. Pour barbecue sauce evenly over the ribs.
  4. Cover and cook on LOW for 7–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
  5. Optional: Broil ribs in the oven for 5 minutes for a caramelized finish.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy tender, juicy ribs.
