🦀🧀 Savory Shrimp & Crab Biscuit Melts
Flaky, cheesy, and packed with seafood goodness.
These biscuit melts come together fast and disappear even faster.
Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
- ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- ½ cup cooked lump crab meat
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 tbsp mayo or cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cheese, mayo (or cream cheese), garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch round.
- Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of filling into the center of each biscuit.
- Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
- Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake 13–15 minutes until golden, puffed, and flaky.
- Cool slightly before serving—the filling will be hot and melty.
Serve with garlic butter, spicy aioli, or marinara for dipping.
