Savory Shrimp & Crab Biscuit Melts

🦀🧀 Savory Shrimp & Crab Biscuit Melts

Flaky, cheesy, and packed with seafood goodness.
These biscuit melts come together fast and disappear even faster.

Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated flaky biscuit dough
  • ½ cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • ½ cup cooked lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp mayo or cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter, melted (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp, crab, cheese, mayo (or cream cheese), garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch round.
  4. Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of filling into the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges tightly to seal.
  6. Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
  7. Brush tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake 13–15 minutes until golden, puffed, and flaky.
  9. Cool slightly before serving—the filling will be hot and melty.
Serve with garlic butter, spicy aioli, or marinara for dipping.
