Sausage, Potatoes & Sauerkraut

🥔 Sausage, Potatoes & Sauerkraut

This comforting one-pan meal is packed with flavor and pure nostalgia.
Savory sausage, tender potatoes, and tangy sauerkraut come together in a
dish that always brings smiles to the table.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 4 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place potatoes and onion in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Add sliced sausage and sauerkraut on top.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
Tip: This dish tastes even better the next day and pairs great with mustard or crusty bread.
