🥔 Sausage, Potatoes & Sauerkraut
This comforting one-pan meal is packed with flavor and pure nostalgia.
Savory sausage, tender potatoes, and tangy sauerkraut come together in a
dish that always brings smiles to the table.
Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, chopped
- 2 cups sauerkraut, drained
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place potatoes and onion in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Add sliced sausage and sauerkraut on top.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Tip: This dish tastes even better the next day and pairs great with mustard or crusty bread.
