3-Ingredient Sausage & Potatoes
A simple, budget-friendly comfort meal packed with flavor and perfect for busy days.
Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced)
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 onion (chopped)
Instructions
- Add potatoes and onions to the slow cooker.
- Place sliced sausage on top.
- Season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Stir slightly to combine.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Stir before serving and enjoy!
Tip
Add paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor.
