- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 cup buttermilk
 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup chopped pecans

Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

 - Gently fold in the chopped pecans, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the batter.
 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
 - Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
 - Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

Serving Tip: This Sweet Alabama Pecan Bread is perfect served warm with a pat of butter or a drizzle of honey. Enjoy it for breakfast, dessert, or a cozy afternoon snack with coffee or tea.
