Creamy Jam-Filled Coconut Balls 🥥🍓

🍪 Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
 - 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
 - ½ cup raspberry or strawberry jam
 - White chocolate (for coating)
 
🧁 Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla until a soft dough forms.
 - Take about 1 tablespoon of mixture and flatten it slightly in your hand.
 - Add a small dollop of jam in the center and gently shape into a ball, sealing the edges.
 - Place on parchment paper and freeze for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
 - Melt white chocolate and dip each ball until fully coated.
 - Roll in shredded coconut and let set on parchment paper until firm.
 - Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Enjoy chilled!
