  4. Pour in the white wine and lemon juice, and allow it to cook until reduced by half. Once reduced, add the Italian seasoning.
  5. Lower the heat and add the butter, making sure the pan isn’t too hot to prevent separation.
  6. Return the shrimp to the pan, stir in the parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Finish by sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
