🧀 Ingredients
For the Brie Bites:
- 8 oz (225g) Brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 large egg, beaten
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
- Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Fig Honey Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons fig jam or preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)

- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, chopped pistachios, and parsley (if using).
- Coat each Brie cube lightly in flour, then dip into the beaten egg, and roll in the breadcrumb-pistachio mix until well coated.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry Brie bites for 30–45 seconds per side or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
- In a small saucepan, combine fig jam, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Warm gently over low heat until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Drizzle the warm fig-honey glaze over the Brie bites and sprinkle with extra pistachios and thyme.
- Serve immediately while warm and gooey inside!
💡 Tip: For a lighter version, bake the coated Brie bites at 400°F (200°C) for 10–12 minutes or air-fry until golden.
