✨ Creamy, crispy, sweet, and savory — these little brie cubes are total flavor fireworks! A warm, golden hug in appetizer form — gooey cheese meets festive crunch.

🧾 Ingredients

🧀 For the Brie Cubes

  • 200g brie cheese (cut into 4–5 cm cubes)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup crushed pistachios
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste

🍯 For the Glaze & Garnish

  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare coating: In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs, pistachios, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Coat the brie: Dip each brie cube in the beaten egg, then roll it in the pistachio-breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  3. Fry or bake:
    • To fry: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry each cube for about 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown.
    • To bake: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes until crisp and melty.
  4. Make the glaze: In a small pan, heat honey, butter, and cranberries for 2–3 minutes until glossy. Add lemon juice if desired.
  5. Assemble: Drizzle the warm glaze over the crispy brie bites and top with fresh rosemary.
  6. Serve: Enjoy warm as an appetizer or holiday treat.
💡 Tip: For a festive twist, use mixed nuts or drizzle with balsamic glaze instead of honey.
