Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice (from can)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2–3 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for tang)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Set oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a bundt or round cake pan.
  2. Mix batter: In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, pineapple, juice, and vanilla. Beat for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Bake: Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 40–45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  4. Cool: Let cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
