๐ Ingredients
Crust:
- 1ยฝ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ยผ cup sugar
- ยฝ cup melted butter
Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ยฝ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, very well drained
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)
Topping (optional):
- Pineapple chunks
- Chopped pecans or coconut flakes
๐ฉโ๐ณ Directions
- Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press firmly into a pie dish to form the crust.
- Chill crust in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in drained pineapple gently.
- Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
- Spread filling evenly over chilled crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
