Crust:

  • 1ยฝ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ยผ cup sugar
  • ยฝ cup melted butter

Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ยฝ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, very well drained
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip)

Topping (optional):

  • Pineapple chunks
  • Chopped pecans or coconut flakes

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Directions

  1. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press firmly into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Chill crust in the fridge for 20 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
  6. Fold in drained pineapple gently.
  7. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  8. Spread filling evenly over chilled crust.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best).
