Pecan Cobbler


Pecan Cobbler

This gooey, buttery pecan cobbler tastes like a warm hug in dessert form. Super easy and unbelievably delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter over the melted butter — do not stir.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the batter.
  6. Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top.
  7. Slowly pour the hot water over everything — do not mix.
  8. Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving. Best served warm!
