Pecan Cobbler
This gooey, buttery pecan cobbler tastes like a warm hug in dessert form. Super easy and unbelievably delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pour the melted butter into the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the melted butter — do not stir.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans evenly over the batter.
- Sprinkle brown sugar evenly on top.
- Slowly pour the hot water over everything — do not mix.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Best served warm!
