Peach Cobbler Pound Cake 🍑

Ingredients:

For the Cake:

  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk

For the Peach Topping:

  • 2 cups diced peaches
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Glaze:

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. Cook peaches with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon for 5 minutes.
  3. Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
  5. Mix dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
  6. Layer batter and peaches in the pan.
  7. Bake for 60–75 minutes.
  8. Cool, remove, and drizzle glaze on top.
