Two-Bite Cranberry Cheese Ball Pops

Deliciously sweet and savory cheese ball pops with a festive twist.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package pretzel sticks

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Add dried cranberries, green onions, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, place the chopped pecans.
  4. Roll the cheese mixture into small bite-sized balls.
  5. Roll each ball in the chopped pecans to coat the outside.
  6. Insert a pretzel stick into the top of each cheese ball.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.

Serving Suggestion

  • Serve chilled as appetizers for parties or holiday gatherings.
