Two-Bite Cranberry Cheese Ball Pops
Deliciously sweet and savory cheese ball pops with a festive twist.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package pretzel sticks
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth.
- Add dried cranberries, green onions, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until fully combined.
- In a separate bowl, place the chopped pecans.
- Roll the cheese mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in the chopped pecans to coat the outside.
- Insert a pretzel stick into the top of each cheese ball.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to firm up.
