Ingredients
- 8 bratwursts (or your favorite sausages)
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- ½ cup beer or broth (optional for extra flavor)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Pan: Place sliced onions in a foil pan. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Toss to coat.
- Add Brats: Nestle the bratwursts on top of the onions. Pour in beer or broth if using.
