One-Pot Creamy Honey Garlic Chicken Rigatoni π―π
Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 12 oz rigatoni pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: Parmesan & parsley
Instructions:
- Heat olive oil in a pot and cook the diced chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute.
- Add chicken broth, honey, and heavy cream.
- Add rigatoni pasta and bring to a boil.
- Cover and simmer 12β15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Let the sauce thicken, then serve with Parmesan or parsley.
