One-Pan Sausage, Green Beans & Potatoes
WARNING: This one-pan dinner is so delicious, your guests will ask for the recipe before they leave!
Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, diced
- 8 oz fresh green beans
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped
- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
- Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh herbs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Add sausage, onions, and green beans to the pan. Mix well.
- Bake for an additional 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway, until potatoes are tender and sausage is browned.
- Serve warm and enjoy this simple, flavorful meal.
Tips
- Add lemon juice or grated Parmesan before serving.
- Swap sausage with chicken or turkey sausage if desired.
- Use pre-cooked potatoes to reduce cooking time.
