One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles 🍗🍝
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 3 tbsp butter
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Add butter to the same pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook another 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

- Add mushrooms or spinach to the sauce for extra flavor.
- Use rotini or fettuccine instead of egg noodles if desired.
