One-Pan Chicken with Buttered Noodles 🍗🍝

Perfect for Busy Nights! Quick, creamy, and comforting — this one-pan meal will be a new family favorite.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. Add butter to the same pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add egg noodles and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and cook another 2–3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
