📝 Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1½ cups elbow macaroni (uncooked)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: Worcestershire sauce or chili flakes
👩🍳 Directions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and seasonings.
- Bring to a gentle boil, then add the macaroni.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once pasta is tender, taste and adjust seasoning. Serve hot.

- Tastes even better the next day.
- Add shredded cheddar or mozzarella for extra comfort.
- Can be made in a slow cooker (low for 4–5 hours).
