No-Knead Garlic Bread
The bread that drives everyone crazy — no kneading needed! Crispy, fragrant, and incredibly soft inside.
Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet dry yeast (7 g)
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 350 ml warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, salt, and garlic together.
- Add warm water and olive oil. Stir with a spoon until everything is combined into a slightly sticky dough.
- Cover with a clean towel and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in volume.
- Lightly grease a bread mold or baking sheet. Gently pour the risen dough in — do not knead.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30–35 minutes, until golden and crusty.
- Cool slightly before serving. Perfect with butter, olive oil, or soup!
💡 Tip: For extra flavor, sprinkle rosemary or thyme on top before baking.
