🍫 Healthy Oatmeal, Apple & Banana Cake
No flour. No sugar. Naturally sweet and incredibly moist!
This healthy cake is perfect for breakfast, snack time, or guilt-free dessert.
🧾 Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 medium apple, peeled and diced small
- 2 cups rolled oats (blended into oat flour or left whole)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional, for chocolate flavor)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips (sugar-free)
👩🍳 Preparation – Step by Step
1. Prepare the Batter
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract and mix well.
2. Add Dry Ingredients
Add the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, cocoa powder (if using),
and salt. Mix until fully combined.
3. Add the Apples
Fold in the diced apples and any optional nuts or chocolate chips.
4. Bake
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Pour the batter into a lined or lightly greased baking pan.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
5. Cool & Serve
Let the cake cool completely before slicing.
Serve as-is or with a drizzle of melted dark chocolate.
