Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Make the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
  2. Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  3. Assemble: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
  4. Top: Spoon cherry pie filling over the top, spreading evenly.
  5. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight) before slicing.
