Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Make the Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Prepare the Filling: Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Assemble: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust.
- Top: Spoon cherry pie filling over the top, spreading evenly.
- Chill: Refrigerate for at least 3 hours (or overnight) before slicing.
