🍰 No-Bake Cheesecake in a Glass

Creamy, light, and irresistibly delicious β€” this no-bake cheesecake is perfect when you want an elegant dessert without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet tennis biscuits, crushed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 250 g fresh cream (heavy whipping cream)
  • ΒΌ cup icing (powdered) sugar
  • 2 tbsp gelatin
  • 4 tbsp boiling water
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or essence

Method

  1. Melt the butter and mix with the crushed biscuits until well combined.
  2. Spoon the biscuit mixture evenly into serving glasses and press lightly to form the base.
  3. Mix gelatin with boiling water, stirring until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.
  4. Whip fresh cream until stiff peaks form (about 3 minutes).
  5. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, icing sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  6. Fold the cooled gelatin mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined.
  8. Spoon or pipe about Β½ cup of filling into each glass.
  9. Top with your favorite toppings: chocolate pieces, berries, or biscuit crumbs.
  10. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
✨ Tip: For extra flavor, add lemon zest or drizzle melted chocolate on top before chilling.
