No-Bake Caramel Pecan Fudge

Rich, creamy, and packed with caramel swirls and crunchy pecans — the perfect sweet treat when you don’t want to turn on the oven.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.
  3. Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
  4. Fold in chopped pecans.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and gently swirl with a knife.
  7. Sprinkle extra pecans on top if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.

Tip: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
