Itβs amazing β moist, flavorful, and full of apples π. Absolutely the best apple cake Iβve ever had.
Just made another one today since the last one is gone! πβ
β¨ Ingredients:
- 2 cups apples, peeled & chopped π
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour πΎ
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs π₯
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) β¨
π₯£ Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in chopped apples gently.
- Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 35β40 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm! π
