It’s amazing – moist, flavorful, and full of apples 🍏. Absolutely the best apple cake I’ve ever had.
Just made another one today since the last one is gone! πŸ˜β€

✨ Ingredients:

  • 2 cups apples, peeled & chopped 🍏
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 🌾
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs πŸ₯š
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) ✨

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in chopped apples gently.
  5. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm! πŸ˜‹
