Itโ€™s amazing โ€“ moist, flavorful, and full of apples ๐Ÿ. Absolutely the best apple cake Iโ€™ve ever had.
Just made another one today since the last one is gone! ๐Ÿ˜โ€

โœจ Ingredients:

  • 2 cups apples, peeled & chopped ๐Ÿ
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour ๐ŸŒพ
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs ๐Ÿฅš
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional) โœจ

๐Ÿฅฃ Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in chopped apples gently.
  5. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 35โ€“40 minutes or until golden and set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm! ๐Ÿ˜‹
