Mississippi Mud No-Bake Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate sandwich cookies or graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
- 1 cup chocolate pudding (prepared)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/2 cup crushed cookies or toffee bits (for topping)
- Chocolate chunks or bars, chopped
- Chocolate syrup for drizzle
Instructions
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
- Layer prepared chocolate pudding evenly on top.
- Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the pudding layer.
- Sprinkle crushed cookies/toffee and chopped chocolate over the top.
- Finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
