Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lil’ Smokies (cocktail sausages)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 6–8 pepperoncini peppers, sliced
  • 2–3 tablespoons pepperoncini juice (optional, for extra tang)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place the Lil’ Smokies into a slow cooker or crockpot.
  2. Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix evenly over the sausages.
  3. Add the sliced pepperoncini peppers and a little of their juice.
  4. Pour the melted butter over everything.
  5. Sprinkle in the brown sugar and garlic powder.
  6. Gently stir until all ingredients are well coated.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 2–3 hours or HIGH for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve warm straight from the slow cooker.
Tips & Variations:
• Add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
• Use honey instead of brown sugar for a different sweetness.
