Mini Chicken Salad Croissants
Easy, creamy, and perfect for parties — these bite-sized croissants disappear fast!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup celery, finely diced
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 12–15 mini croissants
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, cranberries, and green onions.
- Season with salt and black pepper and mix until well combined.
- Slice mini croissants horizontally without cutting all the way through.
- Spoon chicken salad generously into each croissant.
- Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
