Mini Chicken Salad Croissants

Easy, creamy, and perfect for parties — these bite-sized croissants disappear fast!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup celery, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 12–15 mini croissants

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, mayonnaise, celery, cranberries, and green onions.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper and mix until well combined.
  3. Slice mini croissants horizontally without cutting all the way through.
  4. Spoon chicken salad generously into each croissant.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 12–15 mini croissants
