  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • Optional: garlic powder or Italian seasoning

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

2. Melt the Cheese

Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 30–40 seconds until melted and smooth.

3. Mix the Dough

Add the egg, almond flour, baking powder, and optional seasonings. Mix until a soft dough forms.

4. Shape the Bread
