Longhorn Steakhouse Pineapple Dessert

🍍 Longhorn Steakhouse Pineapple Dessert 🍰
“I made this tonight and it is AMAZING! Tastes just like the restaurant. This recipe is from Longhorn Steakhouse. My mom found the recipe in the paper, and now it’s a family favorite!”
📝 Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
 - 1 can (20 oz) pineapple slices, drained
 - ½ cup melted butter
 - 1 cup brown sugar, packed
 - ¼ cup pineapple juice
 - Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream (optional, for serving)

👩🍳 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Pour melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
 - Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter layer.
 - Arrange pineapple slices on top of the sugar mixture.
 - Prepare cake mix according to package directions, using pineapple juice instead of water for extra flavor.
 - Pour batter over the pineapple layer and spread evenly.
 - Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
 - Let it cool slightly, then invert onto a serving platter if desired — or serve straight from the pan.
 - Top with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 🍦

💡 Tip: Add a sprinkle of shredded coconut before baking for a tropical twist!
