 - 1 cup mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
 
Instructions: How to Make Christmas Breakfast Casserole
- Cook the Sausage: In a medium skillet, crumble the sausage and cook over medium heat until browned evenly. Drain any excess grease.
 - Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the mustard powder, kosher salt, beaten eggs, and whole milk.
