🥩 Keto Philly Cheesesteak Roll Ups

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz ground beef
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Sprinkle shredded Monterey Jack cheese into circles on the parchment.
  4. Bake for 6–8 minutes until melted and lightly golden.
  5. Meanwhile, cook ground beef in a skillet until browned.
  6. Add onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  7. Stir in cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  8. Spoon beef mixture onto each melted cheese circle.
  9. Carefully roll up while warm.
  10. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Keto Tip:
For extra flavor, add a pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika to the beef.
