This casserole is bold, cheesy, and unapologetically comforting —
the kind of dish that brings everyone to the table fast.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (keto-friendly)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional, low-carb)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Mix in cream cheese and sour cream until fully combined.
  5. Spread beef mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheeses and diced tomatoes.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
