🦀 Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 🧀
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup lump crab meat (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or paprika + cayenne mix)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Stir in cheddar, mozzarella, green onions, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.
  4. Fold in the crab meat gently so it stays chunky.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with a little extra cheddar and parsley on top.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and golden on top.
  8. Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread, or tortilla chips 🥖✨.
