Italian Chicken Bake

Italian Chicken, Potatoes & Green Beans
An easy one-pan dinner packed with flavor and perfect for busy nights.
Ingredients
- 2–3 chicken breasts (cubed)
- 3–5 small to medium potatoes (cut into chunks)
- 2 cans green beans (drained)
- 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place chicken, potatoes, and green beans in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle Italian dressing mix evenly over everything.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Tip
You can add garlic or parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
