Italian Chicken Bake

Italian Chicken, Potatoes & Green Beans

An easy one-pan dinner packed with flavor and perfect for busy nights.

Ingredients

  • 2–3 chicken breasts (cubed)
  • 3–5 small to medium potatoes (cut into chunks)
  • 2 cans green beans (drained)
  • 1 packet dry Italian dressing mix
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Place chicken, potatoes, and green beans in a baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle Italian dressing mix evenly over everything.
  4. Drizzle melted butter over the top.
  5. Cover the dish with foil.
  6. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes until chicken is cooked and potatoes are tender.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Tip

You can add garlic or parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
