🍑 Old Time Oven Peach Cobbler 😋😍
Ingredients:
- 1 large can sliced peaches, drained (or 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled & sliced)
- 1 cup Bisquick mix (or any baking mix)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sugar (optional, depending on peach sweetness)
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish and let it melt in the oven while preheating.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Bisquick, milk, sugar, nutmeg, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Pour the batter evenly over the melted butter (do not stir).
- Spoon peaches evenly on top of the batter. Batter will rise up around the fruit while baking.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. 🍨
