Honey Garlic Baked Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
- 3 pork tenderloins
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, paprika, and black pepper.
- Place pork tenderloins in a foil-lined baking pan.
- Pour the sauce over the pork, coating all sides well.
- Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, basting halfway through.
- When the pork reaches 145°F (63°C), remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and drizzle with the pan sauce before serving.
Tips:
- For extra caramelization, broil the top for 2–3 minutes.
- Pair with mashed potatoes, green beans, or roasted vegetables.
- Great for meal prep—reheats very well!
