Honey Garlic Baked Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 3 pork tenderloins
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, garlic, olive oil, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Place pork tenderloins in a foil-lined baking pan.
  4. Pour the sauce over the pork, coating all sides well.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, basting halfway through.
  6. When the pork reaches 145°F (63°C), remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Slice and drizzle with the pan sauce before serving.

Tips:

  • For extra caramelization, broil the top for 2–3 minutes.
  • Pair with mashed potatoes, green beans, or roasted vegetables.
  • Great for meal prep—reheats very well!
