Homemade Mounjaro Recipe with Pink Salt

A quick, zesty lemon-ginger drink with apple cider vinegar and a pinch of pink salt.

Yield: 1–2 servings · Prep time: 3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 24 ounces water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Pour 24 ounces of water into a large glass or jar.
  2. Add lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, pink salt, and ground ginger.
  3. Stir well until the salt and ginger are fully dissolved.
  4. Taste and adjust — add more lemon for tanginess or more ginger for spice.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
