Vanilla Cupcakes

Vanilla Cupcakes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cake flour
 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
 - ¾ to 1 cup sugar (adjust to your preferred sweetness)
 - 3 large eggs
 - A pinch of salt
 - ½ cup melted margarine
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 cup milk
 
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
 - In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract together until the mixture is light and fluffy. Gradually add the melted margarine and mix until well combined.
 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the cake flour, baking powder, and salt.
 - Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
 - Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
