Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry or cherry gelatin (dry)
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix in the dry gelatin until fully combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  4. Stir in marshmallows, nuts, pineapple, and cherries.
  5. Spread mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8×8-inch dish.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
