- 1 (3 oz) box strawberry or cherry gelatin (dry)
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Mix in the dry gelatin until fully combined.
- Fold in whipped topping gently.
- Stir in marshmallows, nuts, pineapple, and cherries.
- Spread mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8×8-inch dish.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
