Ingredients

  • 1 bag (16 oz) mini pretzels
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar; simmer 3 minutes until thickened.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour mixture over pretzels and toss to coat.
  5. Spread on the tray and bake 8–10 minutes, stirring halfway.
  6. Let cool until the coating hardens.
